Welcome and congrats on taking the first steps.
- Buy a food scale and weigh EVERYTHING
- Track everything honestly. Just because you think that small handful of chips isn't many calories doesn't mean it doesn't add up everytime you do it.
- Find exercise you enjoy and do it. If you don't have any you enjoy, do what you hate the least. You don't HAVE to lift like crazy to be healthy, but any sort of excess movement is great. Walk, jog, run, ride a bike, swim, lift, HIIT, anything!
- Don't get discouraged. That is where everyone ends up failing. One bad day, a few bad days, scale going up, all these other things will bring you down. But you need to push on if you truly want it to work.
These are just a few ideas, many amazing people here.0
