I'm back at it and looking to get my mind and body right. I'm interested in like minded individuals to help me with this journey!

    Hi Helika!

    I've off track for over a month now, with eating poorly, no exercise and minimum sleep. I'm gonna get back on track as I have set myself some goals!! Would be happy to be part of this journey!

    Yes, I'm in the same situation. I know what needs to be done, but with the realities of going back to school and raising a family I'm easily distracted. This year I'm making "me" a priority and look forward to sharing the journey with other people who understand my struggle.

    Hey Helika! Most likely most of us are off track right now with the holidays and cold weather. It's SO tough to get serious about working out when all you want to do is crawl under a blanket and have another bowl of something warm and gooey! I myself have gained almost 20 lbs in the past three months due to overeating and oversitting! I know I'm gaining and I keep on shoveling total crap in my mouth! VERY tough to get back on track even though we all know we'll feel better with more exercise and better choices at the table.

    Yes, I agree. I'm scared to step on the scale for fear of what number it's going to spew at me. I'm more focused on eating right and tracking it on this app. And, get moving more.
