down 28lbs

I started working out and exercising in march, lost 13 lbs.. stopped until june 1st, weighed myself and i was 5 lbs lighter! don't know why or how. then i lost 10 lbs in just 2 weeks, i think it's easier for someone like me because i never watched what i ate, and now i'm eating healthy and exercising an hour 5 times a week.

my question is, does anyone else MAINTAIN their weight when you eat whatever you want, but when you go back to a diet and exercise, you lose weight easily? i could use tips on how to keep it off.
