I seriously have a question for those of you
who "go green".
When trying to lose weight how do you avoid the munchies? I know that's why I'm not losing like I should.
Any tips?

If you stop feeding into munchies they go away. Hide food like chips and distract yourself0 -
Some munchies aren't too bad such as veggie straws. I am maintaining while still enjoying my post high snacks0
