Well, my scale is broken

I stepped on the scale as soon as midnight hit (after eating a bowl of ice cream and takeout and justified it by saying no cheating in 2016) and lo and behold, it's broken. I hate not knowing what I weigh. But I've found in these past months, so much of my focus has been on getting skinny so I can fish for compliments and not on being physically fit and strong, which was my past focus. I'm not going to weigh myself until the end of January. Instead, I'm challening myself to work out everyday, cook every meal, no sugar (my real problem) or late night snacks, and getting to bed before 12 am everyday. I also want to work on myself spiritually, get back into my favorite pastimes of writing, reading, baking, and sewing, and overall learn how to define myself beyond my waist. Leggo, 2016.
