wanna join me? hope so! Let's do this. Today is my favorite day of the year. I love a fresh start! each year gets a little more successful. this year.. a much more shapely bod! Can hardly wait for next month to see the beginning changes. i guess that means i should begin with a before photo. Workout day 1 about to start: 21 day Fix to start the year off along with a few Body beast workouts as well in between. Anyone else? looking to join others journey as well.

    Routing for you. Good idea to do a pic today and then a month on. Same for measurements too. Go for it....
