This before and after picture shows what I looked like in Febuary 2012 holding the Giant's Superbowl Trophy and Ring and me at Giant's Stadium participating in their 5K race in June 2013. While holding the trophy was cool, being able to run is priceless.

What a difference, that is incredible. It's not just the weight that has changed, your entire demeanor and attitude is different.

    Congratulations!

Great Job! I have a similar story, from being 260lbs with borderline high colesterol, to being 216-218 lbs, finishing my first Triatholon and training for a half marathon in November. Also, my Colesterol numbers have greatly improved and are in the normal range. Its far more fun to play than watch! Keep up the good work!

Awesome Job! Such a great feeling to be "in" the game of life instead of watching from the sidelines! You are an inspiration to all!
