I am the definition of a walking yo-yo dieter. I seem to always be counting every calorie or devouring entire pizzas without thinking twice. I'll lose 20 pounds, gain 10, lose 30, gain 15, so forth and so on. I've been as big as 267 and a size 22 and as light as 167 in a size 6. Crazy, eh? I've bounced between 175 and 200 for the last year and I'm over it. Dieting and exercising is a little difficult for me being that my budget is super limited and I have my kiddo with me 24/7. Gyms and such are out. However, I could put down the XBox controller during his nap times and pop in some P90X. Or. Ya know. Not clear the fridge of leftovers in one sitting...

So. Here goes. It's happening.

HW: Recently has been 205ish
CW: 200
GW: 155

    Yeh I yoyo to. I go from 11stone to 9 1/2 but now I am creeping over my heaviest all time weight. And yeh I could also do with putting down the Xbox controller :/. Yiu can add me if you like :) and so can anyone else for that matter !!
