I have been doing TurboFire since November 2012 and have lost about 10 pounds since I started and a bunch of inches too!

I did it with the support of my online FB group for accountability and my coach helped me become a coach and being a coach pushes me even more!

I also have to credit SHAKEOLOGY to my success and my husbands success!

Not only has it helped me get in shape but I am teaching my boys how to live a healthy life style and its made me a better mom and person in general!
