Happy New Year Myfitnesspal family!
So this forum is about supporting each other (whatever your goal may be) by teaming up with other individuals here with like goals. You can sponsor or be sponsored by more than one person.
So here's what I'm asking you to share and let's find you a "match"!
1- First name:
2- Age (optional)
3- Goal:
4- *Starting weight:
5- *Goal weight:
6- **Starting measurements:
7- **Goal measurements:
8- ***First goal date:
9- ***Second goal date:
10-*** Third goal date:
11- Anything else you want to share.
* If losing weight is your primary goal
** If your goal is to tone/build instead
*** 3 options for reaching your goal. So if by the first date you aren't quite there, then the second date represents what you're designating as your "plan B" and the third date woukd be that non negotiable challenge you've given yourself to meet your goal no matter what!
Looking forward to reading about your progress/photos, challenges and your tips for overcoming them over the next few weeks.

3- Goal: lose 18 pounds by 7/4

5- *Goal weight: 135

9- ***Second goal date: 5/1
10-*** Third goal date: 6/1
11- Anything else you want to share: I have a destination wedding to attend in July and need to be comfortable enough for a bikini by then. My measurements will become a goal after I lose at least the first ten. My 42 inch hips are my big hedge challenge. I have a rather tiny waist but definitely not happy with my lower half.
IDEAL SPONSOR'S PROFILE: Someone who practices low carb/high protein, clean eating. Into strength training and willing to commit to ongoing support as our mutual schedules permit of course!0 -
