    Hi I'm 37, married and mum of one little tiger! I'm 5ft4 and 238lbs. I'm aiming for a slow but steady loss and gradual lifestyle change. I have fibromyalgia amongst other things which means I'm mobility impaired, but I'm hoping to move about a bit more this year
