Starting of 2016

It's time to start taking time for myself and thinking of my myself. In 2011 I lost 75 pounds but ended up gaining 20 of it back. This morning I weigh myself at 196 pounds at 5 feet tall. I want to get healthy and be healthy. I have two little ones a 3 year old and 1 year old who needs me for a long time. Today is the beginning of a healthy start. My goal is to lose 60 pounds. I would like to be 130 roughly by end of 2016. Will update everyone on my status as time goes. I can and will do this!! Good luck to everyone.
