Redo. Feeling not too motivated but I want to get better

Hi I'm Ji, 22yr old
Well this isn't a New Years Resolution but it kinda is.
I've been on this journey for the past 2 years and from my highest of 168, I've gone down to 134 then I'm back up to 150lbs. I have started a new full time job as night and day rotating shift so my eating schedule is all over the place and I can't keep myself up to go to the gym.

I really want to be healthy and want to be fit and built.
I'm hoping to meet people who will be willing to share some good tips on eating better on a budget and with a work schedule of 7a-7p or 7p-7a not consistent at all.
