AHHHHH! I've got 2 toddlers who I'm so lucky to stay at home with. Being honest with myself I know it could be much harder but I have pushed myself the last 2 months to commit to walking daily and a goal of weight lifting 4x per week and yoga 4x per week. Not seeing crazy results but I've lost 10 lbs in 2 months and I'm happy with it. My goal is to lose 26 more before my 30th birthday in July. I have plenty of time but I need someone to help me stay on track and stay motivated. I wish I had a cool story like a trip to the Bahamas for my bday or something. But I just want to enter my 30s a healthier and happier me.

I had a BIG set back yesterday when one of my kids jumped on my shoulder. I know yoga and weights will be put on hold for awhile but want to stay committed to whatever exercises I can do with body weight and postural exercises for my upper body until I can pick those weights up again.

Would love for someone who is in a similar situation ( with kids. Not injury) to keep me going finding ways/time/ motivation to get there
