Hi, I see how many calories I burn with running but doesn't weight lifing even lightly and crunches add more burned calories?

You do burn calories while weight lifting and crunches. I got tired of trying to figure it out so I went and bought a heart rate monitor... works fantastic.0

For crunches and my other toning exercises I use Calisthenics for the calories then I add the reps at the bottom for tracking it. I am not sure about the rest of the training. I need a HRM but I am too poor at the moment.0

Hi - yes weights will burn calories but it all depends on what you are doing of course. For me, if I do a lot of light weights with high repetitions and quickly move from one exercise to another -- that tends to get the HR going and can make if feel like a cardio workout.
I'd also suggest a HRM to check our your HR and see how many calories you're burning as well.0 -
I would suggest picking up a heartrate monitor, it will help you LOADS with figuring out your calorie burn, takes all the guess work out of it :-)0
