ultimamente me a pasado que un dia no tengo nada de hambre y el siguiente quisiera devorar todo lo que hay a mi alrededor!! les ha pasado?? que hacen para controlarlo???

    Still eat even on the days you don't feel like it. Not eating is what is making you devour everything the next day. So, either eat small snacks frequently throughout the day... Or embrace your low cal/ high cal habit... just make sure that it averages out for the week. Whatever you are most comfortable with, I guess. Are you working out as well?

    Like this poster said, you an always embrace it. Intermittent fasting is a dietary lifestyle that a lot of people find success with. Still track your calories to make sure that you don't overeat on your higher calorie days. Plan your meals and eat a lot of protein and fiber-rich foods to keep you full!
