Getting back into things after Labyrinthitis. Ideas?

It's time for me to start trying to loose some weight again but at the start of December I developed an ear infection which turned into Labyrinthitis. The dizziness for the main part has now gone (so long as I don't so anything too strenuous) and I'm looking for ideas of things I can do to start to get fit again as I've noticed a drop in my fitness just from doing nothing this month.
At uni I have access to a gym (although I really can't use the treadmill as I get too dizzy on it, I suspect due to a previous time I had Labyrinthitis. And the cross trainer gives me really bad pain up the side of my foot). I won't be at uni for a bit anyway as I have a 4 week placement due to start as part of my course.
I don't have a wii when I'm at uni although I'll have access to one at home for the 4 weeks I'm on placement.
Any ideas of wii games which may be good (I had a good level of fitness before all this and the wii fit games felt too easy and I would do kettlebell dvds which I don't even want to try atm) or any youtube videos I could do/general excerices?
It's too cold/wet here to go out for a run and I don't really fancy that in the dark either. Plus I'm stuggling to walk 3k atm never mind run 5 like I used to.

I don't know any wii games but for YouTube I like blogilates. She has one called food baby hiit. It's 10 minutes or you could do it twice or three times.0

Ugh. I'm just here to say sorry you had labyrinthitis. I had it years ago for 6 weeks straight. It was hell0

Thanks. Luckily it's been a much quicker the 2nd time around I remember having it when I was 16. I was laid up for about 3 months. I was terrified I'd be like that again. Still not much fun though.0
