I would love to join. I am 40 years old and have suffered from fibromyalgia since I was 28. I don't know if you guys know much about it but my weight and diet play a BIG part in my disease. I have food sensitivities to high contents of animal fat especially porkand beef. Also gluten, sugar and ccaffeine are extremely agitating to my condition. I get bored or feel like I am missing out (not to mention chocolate cravings) on foods. Going to parties or gatherings is a nightmare. I have had enough pain lately that I need to change EVERYTHING. Agressive exercise is out too but I must stay active. It's a tricky balance. I would love any suggestions or recipes that may help. I want this year to be much healthier and less painful. Happy New Year today and all the days.
