I have decided to finally start using the TDEE method. I used a calculator on www.iifym.com to get my numbers. Has anyone used this calculator and know if it is pretty accurate??? I'd love some feedback!

I just went on the site and calculated mine and it's very close to what fitnessfrog.com calculated for me as well as what my Body Media armband says my average expenditure is over a month so I'd say it's pretty accurate if you put in accurate information.0

Great! I know there are so many ways to calculate this number, I'm interested in knowing if one method works better than another as well.0
