I Felt this way on Christmas Day. However, today I am under my 2010 calorie goal by 443 calories. It's a holiday, though, so no need to worry about the calories.

I guess I missed the tradition of eating a lot for New Year's. I just eat a lot for thanksgiving and Christmas (and the days surrounding them)

The thing is you may not have eaten as much as you think. Overeating to me this January is a lot different than it was last January. I am simply not able to eat as much. I can eat half as much as I did before and feel like I overate.

Even if you did over do it, don't worry about it. It was just one day.

It's a good learning experience. The trick is to remember that overly full feeling when a major indulgence opportunity presents itself.

It's true that as you progress, you feel much fuller on less food. Win.
