Any ideas??

I am in a bind. I need to lose the rest of my belly fat, but I can't seem to lose any more weight than I already have! I need to get it done rather quickly but I have absolutely no clue as to how I'm supposed to get it done??
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions that would be amazing!!

    How quick are we talking here?

    Weight loss isn't a quick process and if you try to speed it up things can take a turn for unhealthy/disordered. You also can't spot reduce. Your body/genetics determines were you lose weight from and for most people belly fat is the last to go.

    First thing I would suggest is looking into your logging.
    Have you adjusted your goal as you lost weight?
    Are you using a food scale?
    Do you log everyday?
    Do you log every bite and drink?
    Are you using any entries from the data base labeled " Generic " or " Homemade "?
