The calories still have the same result on your body, whether or not you choose to face the numbers. Let's say you eat a modest extra 1,000 calories (and this would be easy to do), you've just "undone" two days' worth of a 500 calorie deficit. It would be easy to negate more than two days' worth of work if you really ate too much. It makes losing more difficult (and slower) in the long run.0
