Hey everyone!

Hey everyone! I'm new here and looking to lose weight and get in shape again. I quit smoking last year but unfortunately that has contributed to weight gain. I also have a bad knee so certain exercises are difficult if not impossible. Any suggestions on exercises easy on the joints?

    Walking is a great exercise that isn't too tough on the joints. Biking, swimming, body-weight exercises. Do whatever you enjoy. :)

    Thanks for the info! I recently sprained my ankle so it has been a slow start. :(
