How much do you net daily?

I've recently noticed that I am netting kind of low. I eat about 1750-2000 calories a day but according to HRM when I workout I burn about 500-800/hour....usually leaves me netting like 900 sometimes lower. Should I just be sure to net 1200? I feel too full when I eat ALL of my calories back so I usually try to eat some of them. Also, is there anyone like me who likes to see those 400-500 calories left in case you counted something wrong that day?
So what do you net?:flowerforyou:

I net 1200 (which is a 500 cal/day deficit). I weigh and measure my food-and I log everything. If I see 400-500 calories remaining the only thing I think is "yay, I can have more ice cream". I don't do well netting low for any period if time.0

I eat 1200 and if I go below it, only by a few calories. I don't like to go under. But if it's the end of the day and I need an extra few calories, I have a hot chocolate instead of my usual glass of warm milk. I love a treat!0

non workout days (even on non gym days I am pretty active) I eat about 1400, on true gym days I eat around 1700-1800 and burn about 600. I am close to maintenance mode now.0
