So I did the things I was supposed to do, did 10,000 steps, ate well and tracked my food up until about 8:30pm- then the underarmour on MFP kicked in and edited the amount of calories I'm allowed in a day and kept saying I had negative exercise calories.

I have tried uninstalling underarmour, mapmyfitness and garmin (vivafit) from myfitnesspal but it doesn't worked. I have gone on MVP and garmin and tried to adjust how many calories I can eat a day, or to try and stop it from having an impact on myfitnesspal and there are no options there to change my calorie allowance or how quickly I lose weight, or to disconnect from the site. I think I can disconnect from some sites, but not from under armour in general.

I gave up and ate more than I should have, then didn't bother tracking because I'm just feeling so ticked off and tired.

Any help or solutions? please make my tomorrows better!

In your food diary settings on MFP there's a check box for enabling negative calorie adjustments. Uncheck that box and you should be good to go. Otherwise, just ignore it? I know that's kind of a lame solution, but UA seems to be jacking a lot of things up around here.

Op, no offense, but if you already knew you were above your goal, how did this make you eat even more and stop tracking completely?
You need to be stronger than this.

You need to be stronger than this.

Originally, my goal was 2000 calories, then I lowered it to 1500. I then did about 90 minutes of walking so tried to enter that in. Under Armour took my calories down to 1200. When I stopped tracking, I had only eaten about 1180. My maintenance might still be about 2300.

This morning I jumped on the scales, and my weight was down 500g since yesterday, although my stomach did not look pretty.

Things I ate after I stopped tracking:

A skinny icecream with caramel in the middle
A spinach wrap with hummus, sundried tomato tuna, tomato, cheese and a little bit of chicken
Chicken with lots of cabbage and lemon, mixed veges
    A piece of chocolate
    A diet coke

Its possible I didn't even go over my maintenance calories

It doesn't seem to show up on mine.

I'm wondering if I should log my food on myfitnesspal instead?
