    Well I've been training for 7 years but truthfully I've never calorie counted. Just ate well. But now wanna try bulking and frankly a novice so started yesterday and we'll see. Any good resources around in terms of advice? I noted a decent post on the community...

    It's fun. And counting helps you keep on track, especially as far as consistently gaining and minimizing fat gains. It also sets you up for understanding how to cut easily. The Bulking for Beginners thread is good, don't know if you saw it.
