I'm so looking forward to starting this journey! I've fluctuated in weight after having my daughter, well worth it...but now I want to gain self control. Immediately after having her I bounced back to my pre baby weight and by year 2 being comfortable I gained all my baby weight back plus some. ive always been active, and used to enjoy the gym but I'm unable to sacrifice my at home time to do so, I compromised and set up my own 'gym' on my back porch. Just an elliptical and bowflex. But...self control is my issue, I eat healthy for a week or two with full on exercising and either feel comfortable with my results and let loose or defeated by my lack of results and let loose binge eating etc. any tips? Suggestions?

Hi there. I noticed this newbie guide and thought you could take a look at it. If you don't trust the link look in the forum for it. http://fit101.org/the-step-by-step-guide-to-losing-weight-with-myfitnesspal/
This is my first week using MFP and I am enjoying more energy by eating clean and eliminating processed foods. Also, I just ordered a FitBit Charge HR which should link to this site and track all my movement.
Good luck!0 -
