Calories counting - Asian food

I'm struggling with calories counting. I eat Asian food (mainly Thai) most of the time. I cooked myself, sometimes it's made up meal- my own recipes and always use least oil as much as possible. I don't even know how many calories and cannot even guess... Any suggestion?

When I cook I count the calories for each ingredient then add them up. If I use oil what I do is weight the oil before then after but I tend to use oil very little. If I use just 1 or 2 spoons of oil I just add it up.0

You can put in your recipe and MFP will calculate calories per serving based on the ingredients.0
