One successful day at a time.

Yesterday was a good day. Went to a New Years party and made very good choices. Managed to forgo my nightly wine, (I must confess, I consume a lot of empty calories with my wine habit) and got 10 hours of quality sleep. Yeah! Me!

    Good for you! That's the trick, making good choices, one day at a time. I hope I can follow in your footsteps and take my own advice.

    I am also counting a day at a time and for sure it's been successful so far. 1 week down and 31st was my cheat day..... Wine.... I can't believe I have let go this week. It is possible.
