Have any of you done the Warrior Dash races? Were they worth a damn? Any other mini-adventure style race series worthwhile out there? Prefer East Coast or Midwest - but would travel.

(Any women who clicked on this with bad intentions, I'll happily accept your friend add! :) )

    I did the Spartan Race, best experience of my life. Def harder than the Warrior Dash and even Tough Mudder.. But overall worthwhile!

    I know a few guys who did the Warrior Dash and they liked it a lot. Don't think any of them have done the Spartan race though. I haven't done either although I like the sound of Spartan a lot better. No matter which one you choose, get a buddy. I've always heard it's better with a buddy.

    I've only done the glow run and run or dye. And yes because I do something else.

    I've never done it but it looks interesting.

    ETA: It's in OH/PA on July 27th. They have other locations and times.

    tough mudder its all over the US I did one in northern Cali its pretty intense.

    I've done Warrior Dash....in Alabama.
    There's a pic heavy blog about it, here on mfp, from October.

    I'm signed up for Tough Mudder in November, North Carolina.

    You caught my attention... :)

    I haven't done any mud obstacle races yet. I signed up for the Spartan Beast in December with a team.
    There is a couple of mfp groups for Spartan, tough Mudders & other races. They can give you pointers to help set you on your way.

    You can do it!

    Getting dirty & filthy with hot guys and no one to tell us behave...

    Ladies, who are we kidding.. Lets go!
