Help! How do I get myself off my butt and start excercising. I just cana t seem to get started or motivated to start. I have a threadmill in my basement just collecting dust. Need a swift kick in the rear end or some kind of a push. I envy all those dedicated runners that you see even in the worst weather running. I wish I could get even some of their get-up-and-go.

    Find something you like to do. I probably wouldn't step foot on that treadmill either.

    Also true. I run outside, can't treadmill though!

    I can't run! So I do other things...lol.

    OP, so many options for exercise! Walk outside, dance class, hiking. I don't know, I don't cardio so I'm not great at suggestions.

    get an activity tracker..i find it teally motivates me..

    Do you want to exercise? Then get up and do it.

    If you don't want to exercise, you don't have to. You just don't have as many calories to eat and stay in a deficit.

    Do you want to exercise, or sit around? You get to choose. You get to act on your choice.

    Do or don't do, it is all up to you.
