Back At It!

I've lost close to 30 lbs on here before but I lost track. I've gained back about 9 lbs so it's time to get my butt in gear! I would love to get some new fitness pals for support! :) let's do this together!

I'm currently training for a 10K and just watching what I eat. I already feel better after a week, I can't beleive how off track you can get!
