    Give more information please.
What do you like to eat and what foods do you want to avoid?
What do YOU mean by healthy? A particular calorie count, low sodium, lots of vegetables, etc?

Here's a tip that I found very helpful. Actually I used to have a dog that had allergies to dog foods in the stores. My vet had me make her food. Don't laugh what I am about to tell you but you will thank me later. Part of the food was to take hamburger 90/20 and put it into the water in chunk size like 1/3rd lb. or 1/4th lb. kind of patted together so it won't fall apart in the water while cooking. When it is no longer pink inside put the meat in a colander and rinse it well with hot water. you can pound the meat to size you want for your recipe. you have removed most of the fat out of the meat. Use it in Chili, Tacos, Enceladas , any kind of cassarole, any kind of recipe you use normal hamburger. The taste of the food is still good and especially when you put it into recipes like chili that has spices etc. in it. I have used this hamb when I lost 50 lbs. in the past. There are so very many recipes that called for hamburger.
Be sure to use the 90/20 fat mixture to start with. No sense in trying to take out fat that does not need to be there . Good luck. Give it a try. I make a lot at a time and freeze the meat in smaller packages so it is always handy.
