I just had my baby in September and I'm over feeling blah. I want to get back into exercising again. However I'm going to have to start out really slowly. I was recently in a car accident and I know I have some issues with my shoulders, so until I see a physical therapist, i'll be sticking with walking.
I've gained way to much weight and I have so many clothes that I can't wear that I want to get back into. I'm not only doing this for myself, I want to get healthy and stay active so I can teach my daughter to be healthy and happy and active!
I could use some motivation!
