Started this several times before but always fall short of my goals quickly.
Hopefully this time with support (hopefully you guys) it will be different.
Trying to get to 14 st 7lbs from 17st 8lbs.
Wanted to be a nice 34 inch waist rather than a tight 38 (lol)
