Hello from the great white north!

Hey everyone! I'm a 24 year old male from the northern parts of the US, I've tried, many times in the past to loose weight, with slight success. Graduating high school I was upwards of 320 pounds now I'm down to 220 I'd till like to loose 40 to 50 more lbs. Any support, advice and encouragement is much appreciated!
