I highly recommend using small plates when eating holiday leftovers . The calorie count on these yummy dishes add up fast , but you

I find it much better to weigh it and log it before eating it, that way you know if you have the calories for it or if you think the calories are worth it. The size of the plate doesn't matter to me.0 -
weigh your food.
trust me, i can put just as much on a small plate as a large one
