    I know what you mean haweller2708. I used to be uncomfortable about people knowing that I'm in full blown menopause. But know, I don't give a care anymore. Good to meet you! :)

    Nothing to be embarrassed about. It's part of life. It definitely does affect weight and ability to lose, but it's not impossible! I'm post menopausal and have slowly and steadily lost nearly 25 pounds since joining MFP.

    RaeBeeBaby I would like to hear more about your success and how you use the app. I just signed up tonight after realizing I need to lose 25 pounds. I'm post menopausal and haven't worked out consistently like I once did, for about 2 1/2 years. Recovering from the break up of a stagnant relationship and rebuilding an active, healthy me.
