Hi everyone and Happy New Year. 2016 is going to be the year I actually lose this one and half stone that has been hanging on me for years! I've been on weight watchers for the last 3 months to no avail. Too much fruit! How can you eat as much fruit as you like? Couldn't get my head around that concept. I ate fruit. I did not lose weight! Hey ho. So here I am and I am determined to do this by June. I can do it but I've got to get off my bum and do it and stop hoping that I will lose weight by just joining a weight loss program or writing it down etc. I have to actually DO IT. Good luck to you all and here's to 2016 and success.

Hi Jean! You can do it. It's about more energy out than calories in. Fruit is a sugar, which turns into fat when you are not using all the calories you eat. What a dumb sounding program.
