    I've been lifting on and off for over a year. Getting serious about it now and starting stronglifts 5x5. Lifting is amazing.

    I keep seeing strongly ft 5×5. I'll have to look that up. I don't know what that is. I am new here and still trying to Navigate. I Thanks for the add.
