My goal for 2016

My goal for 2016 is to lose between 50-70 pounds when I started last year at this time I was weighing in at 230 pounds and had some health issues on which I had to have major surgery to fix the problem and now I'm pain free which is nice considering I'd dealt with it for a year.     I'm using mfp and fit bit as well! So far so good! Need to lose about 40lbs!

    I need to lose 50lbs :o small steps. Just need to continue to track my food. Back at the gym on monday and have a workout routine in my diary with my work commitments.

    Need to lose about 40 lbs and want to wear a bikini (AND LOOK GOOD IN IT!) on my honeymoon in June.
