I recently gained weight last year after being put on medicine from the VA. I have struggled with my weight since being a kid and it has caused me a lot of stress. I need support and guidance on how to fix my diet so I can achieve a healthy lifestyle. I am committed to getting healthy the right way and not falling into the crash diet fads I have heard of. It seems when I make progress I fall backwards and I'm right back at square one. I was in the gym and on a good diet but now I lack the motivation to do what I need to. Any advice on things ? I refuse to give up what I started and I'm determinded to push myself to achieve a balanced healthy lifestyle.
