I am 35 year old wife, and mother of 2 young children. I want to lose at least 50 lbs. 12 years ago on our wedding day I weighed 125 lbs. after each kid I gained and kept going. I am a nurse so I do walk a lot but it's not enough exercise. It's time to feel better and look amazing!!

Best of luck with your journey - from my experience it's not always about how much you eat - it's often what you eat that makes the difference - and exercise for fitness is great - but I haven't found that this is the key to weight loss - hence the "what you eat" comment.
I also think, for what it's worth, that it's not so much the weight loss but being able to feel good about yourself - looking great and feeling great - the weight can sometimes be a distraction when in reality it's about health, well being and toning yourself.0 -
