50 plus losing last 25 lbs for health

Hello. I lost 25 lbs in 2014 due to health issues. Rising sugar levels, bloating etc. I followed a low carb, low sugar, low dairy plan and really enjoyed the increased energy. I walk a few times a week.

I have herniated disc that limits me to low impact exercise. I have a goal of another 25 this year. Looking for a few friends...5 or 6 with positive attitudes and similar goals for weekly encouragement.

Personal info: Married with 2 children. One teen at home. Artist, teacher, gardener, animal and nature lover.
