Hi, I am currently reading this book (The Perfect Diet) and I am wondering if anyone is reading or following this book. I am definitely fascinated by it, and I am thinking about doing it. Any words of advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I've read it - I didn't find it to "successful" for me. I've found it was too limiting in an already limited food world (I have gluten and dairy allergies). It actually limited many of my substitutes that I use. You might find better luck with it though

Is it the same as The Perfect Human Diet?

Nope,, diffent book. I like it, better than the palo. Alot of anthopology, a little less hard science. I do like some grains, but I always soak/spout them. I might do some fasting again, and I do like my fat over my protien!
