Hello 2016!

Thank goodness the holidays are over and now it's ME time to get on track with healthy eating and exercise. Problem one is the motivation to do this and I am hoping someone out there can help me get started. Need that kick in the butt! Please add me!

    first step is the hardest & here you are :) MFP has some great tips, read the stickies at the top of the forums they have lots of great advice.

    You've already taken the first step!!! Juet remember to stay positive and not beat yourself up. Congratulate yourself for even the small things like working out 5 mins instead of being upset that it wasn't 10. It will keep you motivated to keep going!! Good luck and this is the greatest app for supporters!!!
