Try pre logging your food for the day, the night before. It lets you know what to expect and keeps you on track. You can also meal prep so you have food readily available that helps you meet your goals.
If you're new, there's several great stickied posts at the top of each forum that contain good basic information for getting started. Also make sure you have a digital food scale so you can accurately log your food.0 -
