Hi all,

I'm 31 and male.
Been using MFP for about 2 years now, was 100kg at my heaviest and now 76kg.

Had a Hiatus Hernea operation middle of last year and the weight fell off me due to eat so little food for months after he op.

I don't overly exercise but that will change as I want to walk/jog/run more this year.

Operation wasn't so bad tbh, but before that I got very bad acid reflux.

I don't know what a "hiatus" hernia is, but simply having the word "hernia" in it makes it sound painful...

Lol, I believe he meant, Hiatal hernia. webmd.com/heartburn-gerd/understanding-hiatal-hernia-treatment

I was diagnosed with this same condition almost 4 years ago, but refused to have the surgery as it doesn't always work and sometimes another surgery is needed. I just stick to eating 6 small meals a day which has been working fine so far.
