Hello all!

I guess this is the place to start, eh? (I bet you can't tell where I'm from, now, can you?)

I am a 45 (next month) year old Mom of two with an insanely sedentary job. I work from home, remote from our corporate offices, 60-70 hours per week. Because I'm sitting a minimum of 10 hours a day, well, you can just imagine what's happened to my weight.

My 16 year old son is very fit now, after years of being the "fat kid" in school. I figure, if he can do this, the least I can do is join him on his journey. So, thanks to him, I have My Fitness Pal on my phone and I've joined a gym.

My goal is 20 lbs, to get to 130, which is my ideal weight. In the past week, since I've started, I've gained about 5 pounds. Such is my life. LOL

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone. :)
