After losing over 200 pounds, I realized that there is no perfect diet. No easy solution.

It is doing it consistently every single day.

Wow...your story is so inspirational. I could relate to you in so many ways. Nothing is ever good enough. If I'm working out hard and I don't see results I give up. I am always looking for a quick fix...I've bought everything out there thinking that THIS TIME IT WILL WORK. But what I realize now, the problem is not the products, the problem is me. My lack of consistency is what is my ultimate downfall. This is why I joined. A friend told me about this site, i just joined and i'm getting used to it, but it is wonderful! I really need all the support I can get. THANK YOU

Check out his blog, it really is good, it'll also share why he's not much of a talker outside his blog, he talks about how shy he is.

Haven't been to it in awhile and lovin the changes he's made! Definitely worth a look for inspiration for anyone:drinker:

    quote from anti jareds blog:laugh:

"So this weekend I was suspended for a few hours on Twitter. That is not the best part....

The best part is that I told my wife this would happen two weeks ago. I told her that I was going to follow a lot of people to see my blog.

For two years I have tried to get my story out to as many people as possible.

I have written little blurbs on Weight Watchers.com to get people to come to my blog.

By the way, I was suspended by WW before.

I have done the same with Traineo, Sparkpeople, MyFitnesspal and 3FW.

I have suspended by all at one time or another.

I have broken link rules. There sites were to support, not promote. I never listened.

I have had people annoyed. Write me letters to stop writing the same thing over and over again.

    Yeah....they must not know me.

I did not care about their rules."

ahhh I always wondered why he blew in and then blew right back out so quickly. lol But I am enjoying reading his blog it is inspiring!:smokin:
